Il Castello is one of three apartments that may be combined as a private home, called Casale di Sotto, sleeping 12, or a private Apartment for a family of 4. The Casale is beautifully sited within the enchanting Pietra Pizzuta estate, Casale di Sotto offers a trio of charming apartments, each offering rustic elegance and Italian warmth. Among them, *Il Castello* invites you to escape into a pastoral landscape in a space where tradition meets comfort. The estate is planted with olive trees and also offers fields where horses and sheep roaming and grazing, remind you of the joys of true country living, and are a great introduction to farm animals for small children. Your suite is perfectly appointed for a couple with two children, with a dining table and chairs for leisurely breakfasts, sunny lunches on your patio or candlelit dinners under the stars. An open-plan living area welcomes you with a sofa, a dining nook, and a thoughtfully equipped kitchenette complete with a Nespresso machine. The main bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed dressed in quality linens. A charming loft above has two single beds, ideal for children or additional guests, the bathroom features a shower and all the essentials for a refreshing start to your day including Commendable Rentals signature Ortigia bath products.. Just steps away, a large saltwater pool measuring 12 meters by 3 meters with a gentle depth of 1.20 meters, is perfect for swimming those lengths. But it’s also the perfect spot to lounge, dip, read or dream. Sun loungers line the edge, inviting you to bask in the Italian sun. The pool is shared with the two other apartments if occupied,—never more than six other guests—ensuring a tranquil and intimate experience.
